The Young Crusaders Evolved: Episode 28

        After a few minutes of looking at the menu, Sarah and Nicky decided to order Fettuccine Alfredo.

        “Is that all you will be ordering?” Their waiter asked them.

        “Yes, that is all.” Sarah said to him as she watched him walk away from them. She took a sip of her wine. Nicky also took a sip of his own wine from his wine glass.

        “This wine is quite delicious, the flavor is beyond extraordinary.” She said to Nicky.

        “You are right. The flavor is beyond extraordinary. Even though I like Red-Velvet the best.” He said to her.

        “The same goes for me, Red-Velvet is not too sweet and the flavor is perfected. It’s perfect for romantic dates or simple honeymoons in a field of precious, red roses.” She said to him.

       “Yeah, I agree with you. Let’s not drink all our wine. We should save some after we finish eating our meal” He said to her.

        “Good point, Nicky. I don’t mind doing that.” She replied to him. After twelve minutes of waiting, they both got their delicious, mouthwatering plates of Fettuccine Alfredo.

        “Thank you.” Sarah said to their waitress.

        “Your welcome, enjoy the rest of your romantic date.” The waitress said to them as she walked away from Sarah and Nicky’s table.

        “Well, let’s not keep our stomachs waiting. Let’s begin eating.” Sarah said to Nicky.

        “Of course, my darling.” Nicky said to her. They began eating their meal slowly, so they could savor  it while it lasted. They stopped eating for a moment so they could drink some of their wine. Sarah held up her wine glass with her vines and then Nicky held up his wine glass.

        “To a perfect, romantic evening.” Nicky said to her with a small smile. Sarah nodded with a small smile as they clinked their wine glasses together and took a small sip of their wine. They then went back to enjoying their meal as the time passed by slowly. An hour goes by, Sarah and Nicky have finished their meal. Their wine glasses were both empty. A waitress comes by their table to see if by any chance they wanted any desserts.

        “It seems that you both really enjoyed your meal tonight. Would you two couples want any dessert for tonight?” The waitress asked them.

        “No thank you, our main meal was enough for tonight.” Nicky said to her.

        “Alright, I hope you two have a great night.” The waitress said to them.

        “We will. We certainly will.” She said turning to Nicky. They both left the Golden Magikarp restaurant and proceeded to head back to their hotel room.

        “That was one of the best romantic dates I have ever had.” Sarah said to Nicky.

        “Well, my darling. I am glad you enjoyed it. I am glad nothing went wrong during our romantic night.” Nicky said to her. Sarah looked at the moon in the sky, it was a new moon.

        “You know what a new moon symbolizes?” She asked him.

        “What does it symbolize darling?” He asked.

        “A new moon symbolizes a new beginning, a blank page.” She replied.

        “Like a blank page in a chapter of a book?” He asked.

        “Yes, of course Nicky. Someday, when all the chaos of chasing down our evil clones are over.  A new chapter of our life can begin. To every end brings forth a new beginning ten-fold.” She said to him.  They continued to head back to their restaurant as the moon illuminated the peaceful sky.
